What is IT's 4 Real?

It's design is to show that you there is hope, there is a way, you can quit, you can get better, and you can be freed from whatever your situation is. It's 100% REAL. Exactly what REAL ADDICTS, REAL DISEASES, REAL HURT, REAL PAIN, IT'S REAL LIFE. It's the true stories of people who ARE GOING THROUGH SOMETHING or HSVE BEEN THROUGH SOMETHING...don't be shy to share you're story...I'LL ONLY PUT YOU'RE NAME BY IT IF YOU GIVE ME PERMISSION TO!

*give me time to read and approve it
*I will put it on the website
JUST AN IDEA
If you want you may send me your story in video form and give me all rights to upload it onto the website...but first you have to upload it to youtube(you can set it to private if you don't want the whole youtube community to see it)and send me a message with the URL to the video or with the HTML code to the video so I can upload it on here!
**NOTICE**Your story might have a few changes in it but it will be simple word corrections or things like that, I will not change anything other than that about your story**
